Pre-Employment Transition Services

Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Outcome Oriented services focused on promoting movement from school to the workplace and continued education.

These services are developed in partnership with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

  • Self Advocacy Workshops

    Topics such as,

    • Communication skills

    • Requesting accommodations

    • Networking and advocacy

  • Workplace Readiness Workshops

    Topics such as,

    • When and how to disclose your disability

    • Soft skills

    • Professionalism

Who qualifies for these services?

  • Students 16-21

  • Students with an IEP, 504 or a documented disability

  • Students looking to increase their social skills to better engage in and around their community
