Become a Member

  • Summit offers a variety of skill building programs each quarter. These programs are session-based and not available on our drop-in model. Pre-registration is required.

  • Summit Community Center offers ongoing weekly classes and groups that our members can drop in and attend at their leisure. Members do not need to attend each week as the content in these classes is accessible to new and returning members.

    Members register for these classes under the "Group Activities" tab on the left hand menu in your Club Automation home dashboard or by scrolling down to the Program Schedule below.

  • The Summit Community Center is boasting with fun and relaxing places for young adults to come and hangout!

    Our Community Room resembles your cozy living room furnished with a sectional couch, cozy chairs, and small tables to read, play games, puzzles, and much more.

    Our Gaming Area allows you to play video games while being surrounded by others. Whether you are new to gaming or it is your preferred hobby, we have something for you!

    Our Outdoor Patio is home to a cozy firepit that you can sit around or you can join in on a game of pool or ping pong.

    Our Sensory Space offers opportunities to decompress and relax while still being in the mix of our community and surrounded by others.

    Our Art and Recreational Rooms are also available to use on a drop-in basis when they are not occupied by programming or classes.

SCC Attendance Policy Update:

  • Series Based & Specialty Programs: Members are granted 2 missed sessions at no charge. After the second session members will be charged the private pay rate for the missed session. 

  • Drop-In Activities: Members can cancel 3 hours before a class to receive a refund for the registered activity. Material or ticket fees are not subject to refund within 24 hours of activity. 

SCC Attendance Policy:

*As a reminder, SCC cannot bill DDA unless a member is present. In order to sustain programming, any call-outs or absences are the responsibility of the member as reflected in the policies below.

  • Drop-In Activities: Drop-In Activities: Members can cancel up to 3 hours before the start of a class. Members will be billed the private pay rates for any call-outs or cancellations within 3 hours of the activity start time. Material or ticket fees are not subject to refund within 24 hours of activity. 

  • Outings: Outing instructors will provide a 5 minute grace period for members to arrive at SCC. Upon that 5 minute grace period, outings will commence and if a member is absent or is not ready to transition to the outing, they will be supported in finding other activities at the SCC to participate in until the group returns.
